As a rule of thumb: a 5×5 holds a closet, a 5×10 a studio, a 10×10 a 1–2 bedroom apartment, a 10×20 a 3–4 bedroom house. Unit sizes are approximate — you’re welcome to inspect a unit before you rent.
Gate access runs 6 AM to 10 PM, 365 days a year, with your personal code. Extended and 24-hour access can be added to most units at any time. The office is staffed during posted business hours, and there’s a 24-hour gate and lockout line.
